I doubt it's my computer alone, because one topic that posted about six times in the newcomer's forum got separate sets of replies to each one. If the Initiating Attachments thingy at the bottom is still initiating while you are posting (sometimes it is like it is stuck), you can get multiple posts. I hope this helps with the techy mystery.
