Liggysasha
My mom has a very good friend in England that does miniatures (her stuff is AMAZING) and her husband paints miniature paintings. He is an excellent artist and his work sells for $400-$800!!!! I've wanted some of his artwork for a long time, but could never afford it. Well this year for Christmas the Christmas cards they have sent out are prints of his paintings!!!! I'm so excited, so my mom is going to give me her card as well, so I will have 2 prints of his paintings! OK, not quite as good as getting originals, but they are amazing. As soon as I get them (mom is bring them over in January when she comes to visit), I'll post pics.

havanaholly
They are beautiful paintings, and for a museum piece they would look exquisite hanging in a carefull handmade gilded frame, but for a dh such as I build & play with the print from a card would work just fine. The are beautiful and I think for some dollhouses they would be great. I ordered some small canvases and I am going to paint some miniatures for the dollhouses I make.
