How to read parts sheet?

I'm going to start my Princess Anne, but I'm overwhelmed just looking at the sheet of parts in the instructions! Can anyone tell me how I should read this? I want to identify and label the part,s but i'm not sure which numbers are which. So, when it lists: '1/4' '23 7/8' '1 3/8', I'm curious as to what dimensions those are referring too.

Thanks in advance!

I felt the same way with my RGT woodstock. Luckily I was told to keep everything organized and marked. As for the instructions, at first they would be difficult to understand, but then after I followed them, the instructions seemed so easy!

Different makers have different ways of doing their instructions....... I usually read, read and read again all of the instructions before I even take out the parts.....I'm abolustly obsessed with keeping the parts together! LOL
