2 bowed windows

Jo Med

Here are the two bowed windows together. The wonky one is on the right. A friend has asked for this one so it will find a good home even though its not in this build.

Thanks Jennifer. The curved central section is a cardboard tube - quite a thick heavy duty one. I cut out the window leaving one cross bar for stability. I used iron-on wood veneer to cover the cardboard both inside and out - easier to iron on outside than in - I ended up using a soldering iron for the inside. The header and footer are made from polymer clay using a border mould and then shaping it round the cardboard. The rest is just stripwood, acetate and golfer's lead.

brilliant! How creative to figure that all out! I always find it so amazing what you can do with cardboard, and creativity! Would never have thought of doing that with cardboard tubes! I usually make Barbie lamps out of my heavy duty ones. lol

Thank you so much for sharing with me how there made! Looking forward to seeing more of your work on the house.
