This is the ceiling in the "living room." WOW... this was some work.... I had originally planned on framing each of the medallions, but ended up not having enough room... but I'm still happy with it. The medallions are polymer clay made with a push mold. The walls are not glued in place yet, so I can paper behind the crown molding. I don't normally do the crown first like this... but it was so much a part of the ceiling, I had to do it in advance. I am pretty happy with the way it turned out.
