Day 1 - the bash

dooder85

The skinny front door is apparently not an option for this house. I had picked up a box of .. everything.. off Kijiji a while back and there were hundreds of doors, but they are all too wide for the skinny wall that said skinny door fits in. I had however built a set of double doors for a scratch-build I've been designing the last little while and unfortunately they were perfect.

Well, the doors seem to work....I will be excited to see what you have in mind for this house. I just love a good bash! :giggle:

Yanno, I think you're up to it. 22 days, huh? I'll keep peeking in. I've been working on two houses for over a year, and neither are close to being finished. Chantilly still needs LOTS of exterior work, and Moggie Manor needs lots of work to her 'innards'

You can do it. I love the Brookwood. They're so versatile. If I had room I might attempt one someday..but I'm almost out of space, (our tiny home is less than 800 sq feet...I'll prolly have to go to 1/2 scale if I ever do anything else.)

I want to build a full scale scratch built, but after that i'm going to half scale without a doubt. lol i just can't find a place to put the Glencroft as it is
