homemade "hutch"

WyckedWood

Im not one to make my own furniture or shelves, but this house is so small that most commercial bought things will be too large so Im trying to venture out and make a few of my own things here. Ive made circular shelving for the kitchen corners, which turned out well. I had these unfinished wood discs that were easy to cut,I just added some supports to the bottoms. The larger hutch I made from strip wood pieces and other trim. It isnt painted yet, I'll do contrasting legs and table top. Since there is really no room for a large table here, this hutch will be the kitchen work space. The parlour will be a "kitchen parlour" with a circular table, which is where my witch will take her meals. This house is challenging space wise,Im thinking lots of shelving.

It's nice to see how furniture fits in these rooms, I have a Canterbury to rehab and this gives me some idea on what will fit.
