You know how some pictures just pop out at you making you want to look closer - well this is one of those for me. I love this door and your hinges are perfect. I can't imagine how long it took you to actually cut those out - even from paper as they look so intricate.

It only took about an hour to draw the pieces and another hour to cut them out with an Exacto knife. Ironically, my wife is upset that they aren't real and thinks "fake" ironwork will decrease the value of the house. I have a vague idea of how to make cast aluminum hinges, but my skills only go so far and no matter how realistic you want to make a house, its still just a replica, not the real thing. :rolleyes:
