I think I've found my inspiration for the Thornhill!! This plantation-style house is absolutely gorgeous! I'll now start my studying of that era and see if I can find photos of the interior of this plantation.

My mom and dad are working on the Thornhill as well, and I just ordered a half-scale one from HBS : )

Thanks Tiff! I'm so looking forwards to purchasing the most beautiful items for it. It'll probably take forever for me to complete; I'm not going to spare any costs with it! One item per pay period! LOL.

Congrats on your 1/2 scale Thornhill! I can't wait to see what YOU do with that one! (Btw, it seems we love the same dollhouses! You have the Queen Anne II-which is my absolute FAVORITE. One day...)
