window sign

WyckedWood

This sign was so hard,I actually accidently broke the glass at one point and had to do the whole window over. Letters are kinda crooked but OK for now until my OCD kicks in and I change it. I used a rubber stamp with sepia ink, then went back over that with brown glass paint. Tedious and Im not completely happy with it,but was the only way I could think of besides freehand, and I knew that would look worse;)

It looks fabulous. I don't think it's as bad as you think it is. I can be very critical of my work while I'm in the middle of a project, but after I've stepped back and look at it with fresh eye's I usually don't see all the imperfections I saw before. You might feel the same after a bit.

I LOVE that it is not perfect! I think it looks fantastic exactly as it is - it adds a little rustic charm which perfectly matches the way you've finished the shop. DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!!!

I agree. The lettering looks very good as it is. I love the whole feel of this build, its unusual, creative and very interesting - marvellous job altogether.
