If I run the second staircase like this the people would have to walk around to that small area by the window. yuk

what about move it to the left as we look here....the bottom stair level with the curved (left of)move the wall to the left so its the stair wall.... :lol: does that make sense?

Maybe you could put an understair cupboard into the room to the left .....i have no idea what the roof clearance would be :p

I dreamt about this situation last night after looking through this album! I don't remember much, but I was in the dollhouse and you had put the stairs like you are showing in this picture and there was plenty of room for me to walk, and I do remember thinking, "hey this works..." hahaha. What about a pulldown attic door? I read something about that here somewhere yesterday... I guess it depends on what you are going to have in the attic?

Ooo, I can't imagine blocking the view of those lovely windows though...

I had an idea- what about a spiral staircase to go immediately to the right or left of the middle floor door?

Did you resolve your second floor staircase yet? What about running it flush with the back wall (back of the house) left to right/right to left??
