WORTHINGTON FLOORING.JPG

wenlaine

I'm finally finished with the diningroom and livingroom floors. I used popsicle sticks (my favorite) and used English Oak stain on them as well as Walnut & Red Mahogany mixed for the thin strip. I'm thinking all the flooring will be the same other than the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room which I haven't decided what to do with yet.

The layout will be from the bottom left, the kitchen, diningroom, livingroom and laundry room.

Upstairs will be from left: bathroom, small sewing room, hallway, bedroom and music room.

I haven't decided on what will be in the attic, I may change it and have the music room up there instead.

I'm also thinking about adding dormer windows to the attic and two skylights on the roof of each extension.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful floors. If thought mine would turn out even half as nice I would try popsicle sticks myself.

I love doing popsicle stick floors! They are time consuming but they come out so beautiful when they are done! Great Job! I love the border!
