Step 5: Drink your beautiful tea.

heidiiiii

Isnt it gorgeous?

Now you can pour yourself a nice hot cup of blooming tea. You can re-use the blossom up to 3 more times.

I hope you enjoyed this and maybe you will try it too!

Wow...I purchased one of these from a girlfriend who was selling them (the pot and the blossom) and had NO CLUE how to use it. The blossoms tell you on the outside of the bag...but I had no idea it would turn out like your photos...

Mine came with a tealight candle...which seems it would take forever for the water to get hot. Is that how this was done or did you actually use the stove? My pot is made out of glass and it looks like a little pitcher.

I really appreciated this tutorial...wow...things we learn! To think I owned this and didn't even realize how much enjoyment I could get from it. My boyfriend teases me because he says I'm always buying gadgets and have not idea what they are used for...lol...

Aren't these lovely. Thank you so much for sharing, Heidi! One could make a little ritual out of this... something like the Japanese tea ceremony. I am as interested in the flowers and blossoms at the end as I am with the tea (which I'm sure is wonderful). How long can you keep them and... is there any way to prolong their life -- with a spray or something?
