I think it's in really good shape. I bought it at the Benicia dollhouse flea market. It will go to a charity auction next year

Very cute. I think you could add elements to it, to make it  look more Federal style....Black shutters, a dormer......Google images will give you many ideas.

Looking good.  I agree with mid-life madness.......it is screaming for shutters.  and maybe something above the front door.  That will make it pop even more.
