It is from Cracker Barrel Old Country Store...a human decoration.  I love it and it didn't cost that much for that amazing beauty.

Thank you everyone.  The doll was Curvy Dancer.  I used another and made such a lovely lady.  Her face IS nice.  Thank you for liking her.
