Peggi
I've been saving different type beads and things that have the potential to make lamps and perfume bottle sets etc, but can't seem to find the caps. Also any tips on how to judge the size would be helpful. I know several members have made the perfume bottles and even they're own lights. Any an all suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance. justmesue
I use little gold seed beads for the caps, glued on with quick grip fast drying adhesive. The size can vary, as perfume bottles come in all sizes in real life. As for lamps, measure the ones in your own house, then reduce your minis from there. If you"re doing 1:12, then 1 foot is =to 1 inch of mini lamp. You can find the shades, on a sight called jimsminiprintables.com. You can also use the caps of sample shampoo bottles, or hydro marettes, painted in the color you want.
heidiiiii
Nutti makes some wonderful bottles. Ask her and look in her gallery. I think she has pics.
CJEP
Do you mean the bead caps? I got mine at Joann's and Michaels. Basically anywhere that sells beads sells bead caps. If that isn't what you mean, I guess I need clarification.
Angieaug
I used my daughters' Bratz earrings to make caps for my perfume bottles made from beads. The stud type earrings were different colors and fit perfectly.
