If I may make a couple of suggestions . . . you're probably going to do this already but just in case, you might want to paint or stain the staircase before going much further . . . it will be real hard once you get the rest of the walls in. Also, If you're going to wallpaper (or paint for that matter) you might want to do that on the wall behind the staircase now . . . you definitely won't be able to get to it after the walls go up! How funny you should mention that Teresa, I was just going to offer that same suggestion. It gets a little tight in there. Kevin your daughter is one blessed girl to have her daddy build something so beautiful for her. Something she will always treasure!!!
