evervescent
I'm going to be dressing a writing desk with a bunch of papers, books, writing pens, etc. Making it really messy. What is the best adhesive for something like this? I've got everything including quick grab, white glue, book binding glue, modelers wax, and this stuff for miniaturists that looks like its in a nail polish bottle. morgansmith
I never glue miniatures together. I use tacky wax. It holds them, doesn't ruin anything and allows you to re do what you want, when you want. That being said, the glue I like best for anything at all is Aleene's Tacky Glue. A white glue. If modelers wax is like tacky wax I would choose that first, then white glue second. With the glue use the tiniest drop possible. And most important, don't forget to post pics I love messy writers desks. And we all love the eye candy. Ravenswing
Ditto on the tacky wax. I too never glue one miniature to another. You never know when you'll change your mind or just want to do a re-hab
armymom166
It's tacky wax for me, too. I change my mind a lot (according to my family).
havanaholly
I might glue the small items together, once I've figured out how to make it look, and then use a smidge of poster putty to keep it in place as long as I want it there.
