minifan
O.K., so after cracking open the DC Cambridge, (a long time dream of mine)...and realizing what a ton of work it is...and that I still have the Bostonian, the FF and many other miniature projects I can work on...and then getting a brilliant idea after seeing Ann of New York's latest house on the gallery randomly last night... I have decided to donate the Cambridge to her...in hopes of it becoming a beautiful home that a child in need will cherish... and I know that making it into something beautiful is not going to be difficult for Ann!!! I have received so many wonderful blessings this year and I wish to start passing that along as one of my NY resolutions... ;) *I'm not looking for credit, I just more or less wanted to let everyone know why I won't be working on the Cambridge!!!

minikelli
That is surely a magical house that I'm sure a child in need will cherish -- so many thanks going out to both yourself, and especially Ann for the time and talent she puts into each of these! A great big hurray to you both.
