All the pieces are in the original box including the shake roofing pieces, the stone matrix for the foundation and all the trim pieces along with the assembly instructions. It is the Marquam Hill Mansion MR-625 by Dura-Craft. I live in the Dallas area so it would have to be picked up as it can't be shipped.
