grazhina
I've been running amuck around with planting, mulching, kitchen planning, Little League games and all that. Everytime I headed for the Nuthouse I had to turn around and do something else that just HAD to be done NOW. They're gonna put me in the nuthouse, one of these days, ya know? I should have time to work on the project for the next couple of days. Over the weekend we have to get back to big world stuff again like pool pumps and back door installations. I forgot, I also started a blog about my new kitchen that gets installed in late July (we hope), so if you've been thinking about doing the great kitchen remodel too you're welcome to check it out. http://rekitchening.blogspot.com/ Grazhina http://360.yahoo.com/gatehouseproject http://grazhe.googlepages.com/
MiniMadWoman
Wow, you've put a lot of thought into that kitchen! We're doing a kitchen renovation and addition next spring and all I can say is . . . I'm going to the kitchen store, telling them what I want and letting them have all the headaches about getting it all in!!
havanaholly
We make gluing jigs from Legos and beverage bottles from Lite-Brite pegs, why not use Jenga blocks for stairs? And if you carpet them you won't have to sand the "Jenga" off each one. I'm still hunting through the thrift stores to find a working food processor I can use for papier mache.
