That's Woodline's Victorian Dollhouse from the 70s. There are a few threads about it on Here. And Brae purchased one not long ago Here. There is also this site called Pop's that is the house.

Many people call it the "Little Orphan Annie House" as it is similar to the one in the comic strip and very much the on SW Crafts put out in the 70s.

What a treasure to have this.
