Trying to figure out the best layout.... I like this one... but the sink is pretty close to the door.... so I may still move things around....

What if you flipped the sink unit with the stove...garbage can or coat rack in the leftover space? I also like this setup...your work always inspires me!

thank you folks :) .... I will try that Sarah.... I wanted a table and chairs in this room too... ha ha... doesn't look like that's going to happen though... it's too small

Maybe a small counter and small stools that slide under it would create the illusion of an eat-in kitchen and yet could function simply as a counter. Love it, btw!

Turn frig to face door. Move sink along wall with stove between stove and frig, so it's galley style. Now you have a small space near door where sink was for small or counter table with chairs. Will it fit that way?

great idea Selkie... I will have to look into that....

Debora, yes it actually fits beautifully that way, and leaves quiet a bit of room for a small table.... but, because the room is so small... it's hard to see the details on the front of these pieces when they face the door (and I especially want to see the front of the frig). It may be what I do anyway because I'm running out of ideas.... maybe a corner cabinet and making the kitchen an L shape..... hmmm... scratching my head

I think the pieces show up very nicely this way, but by all means move them around and see how you like it. That's the fun of it, because in real life homes, it would be pretty difficult to pick up the sink and refrigerator to see how they would look on a different wall.

I would like to see how it would look if you moved the refrigerator to the left wall, placing it to the left of the stove. The stove would have to be moved further down toward the back wall. I would also like to see how the sink and hutch would look in reverse positions.

Now that we all confused you with our suggestions, have fun placing the pieces whichever way suits you best.
