My clay's not quite dry yet...but this is the faux stairs and stairwell leading out of the kitchen area. This is the lower part of the sort of "tower" that is the dragoncote on the top. Confusing and not very logical...but I do like this, Ive never done a fake stairwell before, I love the illusion of it. The torch is one I made with a birthday candle holder and a railing type spindle.

Thank you, glad you like it :) Lol Kelly,Ive been working on shabby chic stuff for so long I had forgotten how much fun it is to do something medieval or storybook looking, Im really enjoying this house. Its daunting at times, but I love to just sit and stare at it and dream :)
