I have a Lisa's Cottage waiting on the shelves for me, too! We must be on the same miniature wavelength. I recognize the Realife country furniture - I made that set for another project. Your couch looks great and I look forward to seeing what you do with the other pieces.

I love the looks of the Reallife pieces... I don't really care for the quality though .... I have found (for me at least) if I add Delta Ceramcoat Sealer to the wood... and then paint and then clear coat the piece feel "sturdier" (for a lack of a better word... LOL)... the few pieces I have stained I was very unhappy with.

That is sooooo funny I love Lisa's Cottage... it will be another woodland cottage, but I plan to bash it a bit.
