Egg carton stone work

My first attempt at egg carton stones. I didn't have any "mortar." I used stucco with some paint mixed in.... and although it did the trick it also kinda darkened the stones... but it's ok... it' supposed to be an old ghost town cabin so it's ok.... I used pastels to color the stones which worked out nice since I didn't have to make a bunch of washes.
