Porch Roofing

Tonight the kitten was sleeping so I tackled the last bit of siding in the eaves of the 2nd floor, another coat of white paint on the porch posts, and added wooden roofing to the porch. I mixed the dark walnut and lighter stain so it would pull the shingles in and look like it belongs. It went on darker on one end of the strips, so the colour staggered as the wood was cut and installed.
All that is left is to tackle some of the interior trim work that I didn't think about during the construction, a few more coats of white paint, and this thing is done
