The stones are all painted!! I'm pleased with how it turned out, especially for my first time of doing paperclay stones. It actually turned out how I had it pictured in my head! :)

It wasn't really hard to do, but the learning curve was a little frustrating. I have done one other house with clay, and I think this one went on better. Looking at the barn, you can see my learning going around the sides. I definitely got better as I went along.

I've never done egg carton stone, so I don't know which would be easier. I thought about it, but didn't have any egg cartons (I haven't seen any around here), and didn't have enough packing material to cover it all. I also wasn't crazy thinking about cutting all those stones out, not sure I would have the patience for that.

It really came out great Tracy. I've tried it a couple of times, but it didn't come out as I would have liked. I guess practice makes perfect.
