Do they make a white felt tip marker? If so, get the clear plastic sheets (I found them at Michaels or AC Moore) and use a ruler to make the pattern.

After my Mom (b1940) & Aunts grew up, my Grandma saved their house like this for future Grandchildren to play with. Although I was much more into Barbie back then, I still enjoyed playing with this. It was filled with Renwal (is that right?) furniture. This brings back so many memories!
