The colouring was based on my neice's choice for her baby's nursery. I cross-stitched the rug, crib cover, birth announcement on the wall, and framed rocking horse picture.

Since I don't have kids, I seldom pay much attention to nurseries or children's rooms . . . but, I have to say: this one is just beautiful! Hmmm . . . maybe one of these days I DO need to put one of these in a house! I do have a very young great nephew - I could do it in his honor!
