Yes, it is huge...lol...I just wanted to go all out for my second house. Now I spend more time worrying about the table being able to hold it and where it will go when I am completely done. My son doesn't think it's cool at all-he thinks it's in the way. But what does a 15-year old BOY know??? LOL...

What a wonderful house! And so many rooms to decorate & fill! Large dollhouses with plenty of rooms are my favorite!

You can create the impression of doors between rooms by using false doors. You can get them here: http://www.dejouxminiatures.com/CLA70132--...P12712C644.aspx These false doors aren't any thicker than the trim around a door that open's would be.

You're welcome! They also have another false door on that website, one that's a little wider. Once these doors are stained or painted & a doorknob put on and then attached to the wall they are fairly convincing. I put a false door in a dollhouse built for my neice (she was 8 at the time) and she had to constantly remind her friends to not try to open the door.

This is an amazing house!
