My oldies

Shareb

Norm is so happy to have Paavo around!  He's been feeling a little inundated by females lately!  Val and Norm were Sherri Colvin kits - minidollkits.com  All my oldies are enjoying the warm spring sunshine.

Soaking up the Vitamin D....I love Sherri's dolls.

Yes I do too.  I have three done (including Raymond) and I have one more to do at some stage.  They are quite a bit smaller than my Finnish ladies and gent!

This generational group is so amazing.  I am guessing they came from Sherri's dolls.  Love it.

I love oldies!!!  Yes, Val on the left end and Norm on the right end are both from Sherri Colvin.  The two on the couch in the middle are from Minna Miniatures Finland - they were also kits.  Tynne, is one Minna made for me complete.

I love that 2 of the ladies are barefoot! One is reminiscent of old hippies....

I put together the lovely lady in the blue and yellow, her and her husband by her side were kits from Minna Miniatures - Finland.  I really ought to make her shoes now we're in Autumn.

Tynne (pronounced Too-nay) was made especially for me from Minna.  She has one very similar who I used to drool over!  The little red Finnish cottage I'm currently working on is for Tynne.

I love love love your elderly friends! I bought mine and hope someday to follow in your footsteps when they have neighbors or invite friends to visit. Your work is amazing. Also thank you for introducing me to doll kit website - I want to make clothes for my guys and did not know where to begin other than trying to make things up. Pic is of Mo and Joe shortly after their arrival - crashed out in makeshift sock sleeping bags in at Joe's house while I work on Mo's Washington. Next up will be Joe's house which is pretty run down at the moment. Is your home filled with separate houses for your "oldies" or do they all live together in a village or town?

Love that your guys in are in sleeping bags!!!!  Sherri's dolls are lovely and really reasonably priced.  As you can probably tell, Norm's jeans (far right) were some of the first clothes I made but you do get better!  I'm extremely happy how Paavo and Anneli's clothing has come out.  I certainly recommend you use fabric glue!  At the moment they're all camped out at Norm and Val's Pierce but Tynne's house is almost done and she'll move into there along with her cat and dog.  Looking forward to seeing more of Mo and Joe!!!
