This piece is somewhat of a family legend, if you ever tried to move it from one place to another you'd understand why. It weighs a ton and a half. Many years ago top part was converted into tv cabinet with a hole in the back for power cords. it's always been useful but has become so dated and I'm just tired of the finish.

Looks like my husbands old armoire. I organized the closets years ago and got rid of armoire and dresser. Everything is in our walk in closets. Now if I can only convince hime we do not need a 50" tv in the room!

I saved it from my parents burn pile, it's been on the list of things to take to the dump several times...it's weight has actually saved it lol, it's too hard to move to take it to the dump! These days so few things are still made with real solid wood Ive always been hesitant to throw it away, and we've always managed to find a useful purpose for it.
