DHInsideTowerRoof

Creamcheese

Even though the interior of the removable tower roof will not be visible unless you remove it, I still decorated it with the same wallpaper I used for the tower room and my adjacent pretend art studio. It really looks quite pretty and especially with the green floral trim which actually hides the seams of the 8 sides. Thought I'd share this just so you can see what I did. The round copper piece I had just finished painting in metallic copper paint. It got glued on the exterior top which you'll see in the next photo. At least the miniature folks who will live in my Garfield will get to see all of this when they look up!!!!!!

Nice. We wouldn't want them to feel embarrassed when they had company over to have an unfinished ceiling - at least I wouldn't. Great job.

I want to do something similar in Whitebrush Manor's tower. I know it'll be there, and I figure it's *possible* someone could see it through the window. We miniaturists must be prepared for all possibilities, right? At least that's the rationale I use for my borderline OCD. :)

I do the same thing....worry about the places only the little people will ever see! I bashed a staircase once so they wouldn't have to duck their heads going up the stairs lol
