havanaholly Posted October 30, 2006 Share Posted October 30, 2006 Most retailers start marking down their holiday items ASA they begin stocking up for the next holiday, so by the time it's 1 November what you find will be well picked over. But if you're lucky you can sometomes find items perfect for mini use. I hit the drugstores and outlet stores hard this time of year, and within a month or so the stores dump what didn't sell at clearance, so check the thrift stores, too.
