doogster Posted October 10, 2006 Share Posted October 10, 2006 You can get spray fixative at art stores for pastels, I'm guessing any place that sells pastels, such as Michael's, would have fixative. Hair spray also works well, I'd try that first, in a pump, an aerosol might have too much pressure and blow the powder off the piece. I like Andrew's suggestion of the sealer. I would offer to send you some of my dust How about splitting open the vacuum cleaner bag? I had read a similar discussion on Small Stuff Digest and it was pointed out (and I mentioned earlier in this topic) that real dust is 'way too big for 1:12 scale!
