Color Me Holly Posted February 13, 2006 Share Posted February 13, 2006 On step D of the buttercup instructions it says to position gusset pieces from the interior of the house to the left and right wall openings. My girls and I can't figure this where to put them exactly. Are they supports for the front gable or do they go above the round windows on the left and right walls? Please help. TIA! If you look at the gables on either side you'll see a space between the wall where it meets the roofline. That's where they go. Seemed a bit odd to me too. wenlaine Posted February 14, 2006 Share Posted February 14, 2006 With the Orchid, I assumed they were to be attached to the outside of the house just above the hole where the dormer sits which then allows the dormer to rest on it in order to glue it to the wall.
