1/2 scale Jasmine Gothic.... stamped beams

So... I've had these stamps for awhile (these are Recollection stamps)... you apply them to an acrylic block (they stick by themselves) and then use them as any other stamp would work. I got this gold ink today and was anxious to try it out (despite my feeling like crud from the flu) so I quickly stamped onto one of the beams similar to those that I'm going to use in the 2nd ground floor room of the Jasmine.... yup... I like it.... (the next ones will be neater when I feel better).... ok... back to couch....

I am REALLY excited about these... which then prompted the whole embossing question.... the exterior of Peles Castle has lots of gorgeous painting.... I want to do something on this house to keep in line with my inspiration house.... so I am thinking of embossing pretty scrolls over the windows... and then adding color to them.... I have to wait for the embossing supplies to get here, but I have time... that step is a LONG way away yet.
