YUCK!!!!!!!

kellyannmo

This is how my Woodland Scenic's water is curing.... yuck yuck yuck!!!!!!!!

I would be totally DEVASTATED if I wasn't planning on another layer of water and then I am going to add waves..... I won't be using this brand again.... I thought I would cheat.... this stuff is pre-mixed instead of the 2 part resin.... well... live and learn I  guess... I don't know what I did wrong :)  (unless the paperclay wasn't as dry as I thought it was)

That tells you what I know, I thought it looked good! I'll watch and learn. It does look wet though and like it is eddying around the rocks.

LOL.... I was very surprised when I got home tonight from work... when I left this morning it was smooth as silk.... I do plan on adding waves... so hopefully this will be ok

It certainly does look like lapping water. I also think it looks good...as long as it truly dries and doesn't stay tacky. Then, of course, you'd have to do something to "fix" it. But, I like it...maybe it's a happy accident. :D

Would you be willing to post instructions on a youtube video? I know that would be alot of trouble to do,but it sure would be wonderful for the beginners. It looks like real water to me too. Cannot wait to see the waves.

I don't mind helping out and telling folks how I did something... but this water was an accident though.... it wasn't supposed to of this.... :( it was supposed to dry smooth :( .... I did manage to correct it a bit with a second layer of water and then using water effects by Woodland Scenics for waves...
