Bedroom flooring - first coat of stain

otterine

I cut the wood flooring for the bedroom. I was able to cut the entire room from one sheet of pre-made walnut flooring, which was a pleasant surprise. I had thought I would have to piece it from two sheets. I like the rich color of the parlor, so I decided to use the same stain, English Chestnut by Minwax. I think it will be beautiful with the black wallpaper.

It beautiful. What do you like to use to glue to the floor down? I am having trouble with some of my pre-made floors puckering

Thank you! This isn't glued in yet, but when I do glue down the flooring sheets I use Aleene's Quick Dry glue. I squeeze the glue onto the floor board and then spread it around with a scrap of cardboard so there is glue on the entire surface. I apply the finished flooring sheet then weight it down with magazines or books until the glue dries.
