So this is the global idea, the panelling and the wall paper together, and somewhere in the middle a fireplace, matching the panelling...

This is shaping up to be a masterpiece. The panelling goes so well with the wallpaper.

Do you have a special tool for cutting the door out. The wood looks fairly thick.

My tea house was just completed yesterday, it will be fun to see what you do with yours. It's a lovely house for it as well, you can do lots of things like a shop, etc.

Yes I used my chainsaw... :D Just kidding, the vertical lines I did with the jigsaw, and the horizontal top with the fretsaw. The wall is not attached yet, I just decided to build it, so that makes is easy to cut out a door...

Love the paneling! I am trying to do an art deco interior for my San Fran build, and spent quite a bit of time googling to try to get ideas and a feel for the decor. I decided that I like the 1920's rendition best, and found a couple pics (including one purporting to be a "1920's French art deco" room) to inspire me, but continue to try to understand the style... If you have any sources or comments for me, I'd sure appreciate it!
