Thank you Connie and Ann! I have an inspiration house that I know my sil loves the color (shown is dutch boy midnight swim, in some lights it looks a bit navy but it is not), I'll have to drive by and snap a pic. I think getaway house....that is, in essence, the theme I've got going. Along with a bit modern/ things my sil has and loves. The bed set is actually silver, but I've made some neat accessories to go with it, I hope you will like them!

I do have to spackle more around the rectangular windows. I'm going to try to drill beads tomorrow for some of the fixtures. And I haven't gotten all about the bath...the band saw blade broke, excuses, excuses.....I have been kept really busy, March 7th I would like it complete.

THANK YOU! I do like the gingerbread trim but this house wanted a more modern style. I've added new photos of the progress....

I sure hope she likes it...she never said that she wanted one...I just have wanted dh's my whole life and starting building one and thought...this is for Jen...(my sil). The house wanted to be hers, again I hope that she wants him! It is a surprise!

She did make me her first quilt for christmas, which I also think of as an artist piece. I'll have to post pics sometime in here....along with a pic of her and the house......And I looooove the quilt. Again praying she loves her piece as much as I do.
