Thank you, Corinne! I'm happy so happy to have positive feedback! I think it will even look better with one to two coats of paint. I'm also working on some tile templates for the bathroom, I'm about to upload a picture. This is also more of a modern style. I am wondering about what to do with the trim....Opinions are needed and appreciated.

Your porch modification is GREAT. I absolutely LOVE it. Wish I had modified mine...it's giving me the blues. I had to put the house up last night because I was getting frustrated!
