Narrower sink

I am trying to get an idea if I will like a narrower sink base and cabinets in my bathroom. I am having a heckuva time making up my mind though!

I do like the wider sink base but I see what you mean about the drawers not opening by the tub.  Could you maybe just put drawers on the left and a cabinet door on the right?
