Dark Walnut, and lots and lots of scraping to achieve the look.

Very elated to have it come out somewhat good looking.

The dark walnut looks great.....I always go for the lighter colors??? One of these times I’ll do all dark.

Hello and thanks you.

I used the 1/16th x 4" x 24" Bass wood sheets from my LHS.

Scribed in floor lines. Then stained. A quick wipe to remove excesses stain and began carefully scraping in The ends with a sharp X-acto knife blade to give it different looks like separate boards.
