Lamp on table

SewMini

This is a good example of many pieces becoming a few pieces. To make the table, I glued the four legs to the bottom of the brown wood piece and then added the trim between the legs. I made sure to check and recheck frequently to make sure it was all lined up properly. A bit nerve wracking if you ask me!

The lamp is made by stringing a LED bulb through various beads and a bead cap then gluing it to the table top.

Yeah so, literally, all this is is a LED light that I wrapped a small piece of gold paper around the connectors to hide them. After that, you fee the wires through

a thin bead cap

a grommet (I actually think it’s the ones we use when making copper wire outlets)

a small gold bead

another grommet

a thicker bead cap

Individually, you’d never think all those components would make a realistic looking lamp but they do! i’ll tey to take a picture of the instruction box for it so you can see how the instructions tell you to do it

oh thank you so much! I don't know why I am so intimidated by making lamps! I look forward to seeing the box directions too - much appreciated!
