Thank you! Those are made from simpel green wire dipped first in glue, then in craft paint ( either burnt sienna or Dark blue) and the flowers are made from readily avaliable craft paper punches and copy paper, with some ink or water colours. And Thank you again, the nails are most often kept this way these days (used to be much longer and almost always coloured too, but maintaining that is just a Pain...) 

So cute I love miniature flowers and gardens . I have started collecting punches and tutorials when I find them.
