More tiles!

I saw a tutorial on youtube for how to make your own talavera tiles by printing out an image of them on paper and then gluing that to a thicker piece of paper or vinyl and then cutting them out and placing them on your surface.

this is a photo of a plate I got in Tunisia. It's one of my favorite pieces Ive gotten on travel because I just love the design. My plan is to make a sheet of these and then use the steps in the tutorial to make tiles for my kitchen.

You are going to have some great tiled areas. :D
 

I've seen a similar tutorial.. It looks like it's quite effective. Especially if you continue some colour/paper around the edges of the tiles so they look full thickness. Particularly important if grouting isn't exactly even with the tiles.
