STAR WARS AT-AT

Looks like a fun project

It was.  I have 3 others to put together for him as well. He's had them for a while. He had a fifth one as well, that he attempted to put together but apparently destroyed in the process. Lol when I saw them today, I told him I'd give them a go....

These are awesome!  Where did he find them?  My son would have kittens over these kits!

No clue! Sorry. :/ but I believe they're several years old. You may be able to find them on Amazon.  I have to warn you though, they are metal and do have some sharp ends/edges. The packaging says for 14+. Just wanted to let you know in case your son is younger and you planned for him to put them together. My son is 14.....but he would destroy these! Lol 

How cool isn't that?!? Wonderful work and thanks for sharing, a bit envious of such treasures!

Lol, my son is 31, going on 14.  He would probably slice off a finger.  ;0)

Bwahahahahahahahaha! I'm so sorry. For whatever reason, I was sure your son could be no older than 8! Lol it just didn't even cross my mind that your son was an adult. :) lol although, my brother-in-law is 36. :) lol :)

I found out that these kits were bought at www. thinkgeek.com.

You are quite welcome! I typed in "metal" in their search box and discovered 4 more Star Wars kits. Also, FYI, you will only see one of the finished kit pics. You have to click on the item, then it will show you the others. Not sure why they aren't listed  individually....And if your son is a Star Trek fan, they have some kits too.
