Faux carved door idea

So I have been dreaming of double opening carved castle doors. I am trying out '' the look '' of them here. this was done with a stencil and painters tape. Its not by any means a finished product just wanted to see how I would feel about a design like this. At the very least I have a pattern to carve / engrave. I would need to come up with some exciting hinges if / when I move forward with the carved door idea.
